Arts Lecture: Leadership in spaces of intersection, by Katherine Watson

ECF director Katherine Watson is Cultural Leader in Residence at the Universty of Groningen. She will open the academic year 2017-2018 with an Arts Lecture entitled 'Leadership in spaces of intersection: Are we ready?'.

The Arts Lecture is open to the general public and admission is free.
Location: Aula, Academy Building, Broerstraat 5, Groningen (Netherlands).

Leadership in spaces of intersection
Curiosity, ideas and innovation flourish in spaces where different perspectives and lived experiences come together. Sometimes, unintentionally, we find ourselves in these intersections and other times we need to drum up the courage to enter into the unknown and the unpredictable. (...)

For over 25 years, the Faculty of the Arts has opened its academic year with an Arts Lecture. In this lecture, a famous Dutch person expresses his or her opinion about the importance of the arts (languages, art, literature, media, history, art history, archaeology and communication) for society. (...)
