Forum on European Culture is a biennial forum on the strength, impact and value of art and culture for Europe and takes place in Amsterdam.
The Forum is an initiative of DutchCulture and De Balie.

The 2018 Forum on European Culture, this year entitled ‘Act for Democracy!’, is curated by Yoeri Albrecht (director De Balie) and Cees de Graaff (director DutchCulture).
