The upcoming international conference Long Live Arts offers an important, inspirational and dynamic platform, to present the state of the art in cultural projects for older people and instigate long-term networks between the sectors of arts and culture, health care, and welfare, as well as between European countries. 

ECF is happy to support this two-day conference bringing together leading experts, policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and older people to exchange ideas and enhance knowledge about cultural participation by older people. A total of 250 conference delegates from all over Europe will attend. Delegates include policymakers from the arenas of health, housing, social care and welfare, practitioners from the cultural sector, researchers from the social, medical and behavioural sciences, as well as older people themselves.
