Balkans Arts and Culture Fund (BAC) supports contemporary collaborative arts and culture development projects (COLABs). COLABs should be conceived by organisations from and implemented within the region of the Western Balkans, specifically the following countries:Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.

Independent cultural organisations, networks, foundations and/or associations are invited to submit ideas for Collaboration Projects in Arts and Culture – COLABs.
