ECF, MitOst and Leeuwarden-Fryslân 2018 (LF2018) present Tandem Fryslân – a cultural collaboration programme that aims to strengthen regional communities in Fryslân (NL) and elsewhere in Europe. In 2018, Leeuwarden-Fryslân will be the European Capital of Culture. Through LF2018, ideas from the communities of the Frisian region will travel across Europe and new European ideas will come to Fryslân.

Are you working in the field of arts and culture and longing to tackle community challenges in your region? Do you and want to engage internationally to grow your work? Would you like to collaborate with peers facing similar issues in their home regions and learn from their experiences? Then Tandem Fryslân is for you!
