Earlier this summer, we shared an open call for this unique training programme for developing leadership in international cultural collaboration has been designed as part of a new global Cultural Diplomacy Platform. Launched by the European Commission, the Platform supports mutual cultural engagement with countries and citizens around the world. ECF is part of a consortium that will deliver the first edition of a new Global Cultural Leadership Programme. In parallel to the 7th IFACCA World Summit on Arts and Culture, the Cultural Diplomacy Platform will offer 40 participants from countries all over the world and Europe to join a comprehensive learning- and networking programme.
