As a member of the Consortium supporting the Preparatory Action "Culture in EU External Relations" initiative, we are happy to introduce you to one of the experts involved in the project: Damien Helly.
Damien Helly is the author of 14 of the 26 country reports presented in the project. He gives his valuable perspectives of culture use in EU external relations. Culture creates trust, and less regulation of the web should be prioritised, he states.
