Following up on the first ECF Idea Camp that took place from 23 to 25 October 2014 in Marseilles (France), the 50 participants – the Idea Makers - were invited to further develop their ideas on engaging people in re-defining and shaping the public space and submit a proposal for a Research and Development (R&D) Grant. The selection process has just been completed and we are proud to announce the 25 proposals that have been awarded with an R&D grant of up to 10.000 EUR each. In January 2015 we will publish a more detailed overview of the selected proposals, so stay tuned! In the meantime, we invite you to dive in our archive with great content around the Idea Camp and to engage in the ongoing conversation and debate on public space in Europe on the #PublicSpaceIs Lab.
